One-on-one training in my gym
I love working with women one-on-one in my gym. When I watch someone's face light up after they've done their first chin up or strut after they've bench pressed for the first time, I get giddy.
I believe there is no better way to get strong and sculpt your body than to lift heavy, with dumbbells and the barbell.
I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions, sold by the package. Typically my clients purchase a package of 12, 24, or 36 sessions for one-on-one training. Contact me for pricing information.
Buddy training (2-3 people)
Working out is so much fun with a friend! I have space for up to three people for in-person training in my gym. Get the personal attention, tailored workout, and attention to form you're looking for but with someone to workout alongside you!
I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions, sold by the package. Typically my clients purchase a package of 12, 24, or 36 sessions for one-on-one training. for buddy training (2-3 people) you can simply split the price of regular one-on-one training. Contact me for more information on pricing.
Small group outdoor classes
Don't be stuck in a stuffy gym. Join our group of strong and supportive women and workout with friends as the sun comes up.
Classes are 6-6:45am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Friday mornings. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we use dumbbells and TRX suspension trainers and on Fridays we do a high intensity, running-based workout. All classes are at a local park.
I offer small group training in 8-week sessions for $250 or $125/month. Contact me for more information.
